Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced Estate Data Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation.

Position: Estate Data Coordinator

Rate: £300 Day Rate

Contract Duration: 3 months possible extension

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties:

  • Interrogate lease agreements, schedules, and supporting documentation to extract accurate commercial, financial, and key date information.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile billing data against lease terms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with internal billing, finance, and asset-owning departments to clearly understand what assets are currently invoiced, billing frequencies, and key billing dates.
  • Input, upload, and maintain lease, asset, and billing data within the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within asset management, estates and property environments.
  • Practical experience of IWMS, CAFM, property management systems, or similar enterprise asset systems.
  • Strong understanding of property and estates concepts, including:
    • Lease terms and obligations
    • Rent, service charge, and other recurring property-related costs
    • Asset-to-lease and asset-to-billing relationships
  • Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
