Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a client based in Harlow, are looking for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Asset Management.
Position: Technical Support Officer
Rate: £140 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Temp (12-month contract)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Asset Management providing support to tenants, internal and external colleagues.
- Helping coordinate stock condition surveys/Energy Performance Surveys.
- Dealing with enquiries and providing a written/oral response as required.
- Undertaking general administration e.g. minute taking, preparing reports, supporting housing analysts, and detailed record keeping.
- Support the department in responsibilities relating to Asset Management.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Background in housing administration and providing technical support to housing asset management and compliance teams.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety relating to technical issues within housing repairs.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
