Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in Essex, are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join their team and support a Property Litigation partner on a full-time basis.
Position: Property Litigation Lawyer
Rate: £60,000 - £70,000 (Salary Competitive)
Contract: Full-time/Permanent
Purpose:
- You will join the Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, working with an established client base and longstanding relationships across the local community.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain high standards of technical expertise, professionalism and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation and property dispute matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Have around 5 years of PQE.
- Have previous experience in Property Litigation.
- Committed to maintaining high professional standards, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client care.
