Tempting recruitment is working with our client who is looking to expand their team with an experienced Private Client Solicitor.
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- You will manage your own caseload with a focus on supporting clients with wills, trusts, and probate.
- You will be able to build excellent client relationships, looking after existing clients and growing your own client base.
- You will be responsible for dealing with lasting powers of attorney, estates and later life planning.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Experience working with wills, trusts, and probate.
- Qualified as a solicitor (or equivalent) with minimum 1 year PQE.
- Previous experience in undertaking marketing activities.
