JOB SUMMARY

Perpetrator Prevention Worker to join our innovative Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) within Children’s Social Care. This is a frontline role working directly with individuals who cause harm, challenging abusive behaviours, and improving safety for victims, children, and vulnerable adults. You will deliver tailored interventions in homes and communities, contribute to multi-agency risk management, and help promote meaningful behaviour change. Safeguarding is central to everything we do.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Work within multi-agency partnerships to reduce domestic abuse risk.
  • Deliver behaviour change interventions to perpetrators, promoting long-term safety for victims and children.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case management records.
  • Participate in case management reviews, contributing to action planning and case closure.
