JOB ROLE

The successful candidate will undertake litigation work on behalf of clients, providing a broad quality service as part of the practice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Reviewing contracts, Land Registry documents, and lease agreements to evaluate legal standing.
  • Drafting formal legal pleadings, preparing witness statements, and working with barristers for court hearings.
  • Negotiating settlements or organizing mediation to resolve conflicts without a trial.
  • Providing strategic risk assessments for corporate portfolios, developers, and private landowners.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
