Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Essex, are looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Operations
Role: Executive Support Officer
Pay: £21.45 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 4 months rolling
Hours: Part Time (30 Hours)
Location: Essex
Responsibilities:
- To proactively manage MP correspondence ensuring all correspondence is logged and responded to accordingly.
- To develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, colleagues and customers.
- Assist with arranging and creating agendas for executive level, highly sensitive, meetings with internal and external partners.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Executive Support Officer or similar role
