Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced criminal solicitor to join their team based in the Southend area.

Criminal Solicitor
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Conducting case analysis
- Preparing legal documents
- Managing client communications
- Handling post-trial issues
- Ensuring compliance
- Maintaining a full and orderly file
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Ideally duty solicitor accredited
- Must be prepared to cover on calls at weekends and evenings on a rota basis alongside having a caseload and covering court
- Must be police station accredited
- Strong advocacy skills
- Must have full UK licence and have a car
- Must live within 40 minute drive of Southend
