Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client are looking for an experienced Family Court Adviser to join their team covering Essex.
Position: Family Court Adviser (FCA)
Location: Essex (Hybrid)
Rate: £35.50 per hour (Umbrella)
The Role:
- Manage cases within Public Law, Private Law and Work After First Hearing (WAFH).
- Complete assessments, direct work with children and families, and court reports.
- Provide independent advice and recommendations to support the best outcomes for children.
- Represent the child's wishes, feelings and best interests throughout proceedings.
- Recognised Social Work Qualification.
- Social Work England registration.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience working with children and families.
- Strong assessment, report writing and safeguarding experience.
- Excellent communication and case management skills.
