Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Berkshire, are looking for an experienced Energy Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Energy Operations
Role: Energy Support Officer
Pay: £18.04 ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 7 months rolling
Location: Berkshire
Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessments of the energy efficiency of homes to identify the need for energy conservation measures and work and to refer on residents when works are outside of the scope of the project.
- Carry out visits and revisits, preparing correspondence, including letters to residents to provide effective and efficient implementation of fuel poverty projects.
- Ensure customer enquiries are responded to and resolved within the timescales set out in the Energy Support Framework.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Energy Support Officer or similar role
