Position: Employment Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience
Location: Lancashire (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:
- Manage a varied caseload covering employment matters, providing a high-quality service to clients.
- Delegate work to appropriate junior members of staff, providing supervision to them.
- Analyse cases and guidance provided to clients, where appropriate, to spot improvements for future matters.
- Support business development.
- Draft and review contracts and handbooks.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK with 4-10 years' PQE.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Law matters.
- Previous experience of advising owners, senior managers and HR teams.
- Client focussed.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
