JOB SUMMARY

The Deputy Care Manager will be managing the day-to-day running of the Care Home, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Monitoring the quality of care provided by care staff, conducting observations and quality checks, and addressing any concerns.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the service, including scheduling, rostering, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with staff, clients, and families.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Relevant Qualifications, Level 5 (or similar qualification).
  • Must have 5 years previous experience working in a relevant role to residential care.
