Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy housing client in Devizes, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play a crucial role in their contact centre operations.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,811 per annum

Contract Duration: Permanent

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Purpose: You’ll deliver good customer service to all of our 90,000 customers and 1,500 colleagues, using your skills, attributes and knowledge to help deliver first contact resolution and a seamless customer journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with a wide range of issues from reporting repairs to tenancy management, demonstrating empathy and rapport in every call.
  • Some calls can be complex and challenging, you’ll ensure you use the knowledge base to ask effective questions to deliver the correct outcome for the customer.
  • You’ll be expected to adhere to data protection legislation, checking customer information and updating personal details.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer facing roles or roles in the service industry.
  • Reasonable level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
