Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor or Director to join their team in Hampshire.

Position: Corporate Solicitor or Director

Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Location: Hampshire

Work Type: Permanent

THE ROLE

Our client is looking to build their team by hiring an Associate to join their Commercial team to undertake Corporate, and some Commercial work, where required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist clients with company formation, constitution, and restructuring.
  • Provide start-up support, providing high-quality legal advice on business structures and company formation.
  • Advise clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, for example dealing with share and asset sales.
  • Draft relevant legal documentation.
  • Provide corporate governance support.
  • Contribute to business development and earn new work.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Corporate matters.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Detailed experience and knowledge of all areas surrounding Company law.
  • Experience in Commercial legal matters (preferred but not essential).
