Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team in West Sussex.

Position: Corporate Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience
Location: West Sussex
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:

• Manage your own Corporate caseload, providing high-quality and precise advice to clients.
• Cover areas of Corporate law including Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder agreements, Private equity, Corporate restructurings, Finance transactions and Intellectual property matters.
• Draft and negotiate documentation.
• Contribute to business development activities.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• NQ – 5 years PQE in Corporate matters.
• Prepared to network and create new business.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Commercially aware and business minded.
