Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in South Yorkshire.

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Support the team administration and legal matters relating to the sale and purchase of residential properties.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, third parties and lenders.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver a high standard of client care.
  • Issue sale contracts and deal with enquiries across mortgage redemptions, supporting all aspects of residential sale and purchase transactions.

Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • 3+ years experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Able to liaise with clients, agents and other third parties.
  • Knowledge of case management systems.
