Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team in Berkshire.

Position: Contentious Probate Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience
Location: Berkshire
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Work on a day-to-day caseload that involves a full range of contentious probate matters, providing a high-quality legal service to clients.
• Cover matters such as Inheritance Act claims for Claimant and Defendants as well as claims involving challenged to the validity of wills.
• Cover a range of disputes including administration, estate administration and Court of Protection.
• Partake in some business development activity.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 3-5 years PQE in Probate or Civil Litigation matters.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Able to stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to develop your career.
