Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Compliance Contract Lead to join their team and play a crucial role within their housing compliance operations.

Position: Compliance Contract Lead (Asbestos, Gas, Water)
Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary(August 2026) Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid/Mainly Remote

Job Purpose:

• To ensure the Council’s Risk Assessment disciplines and actions are completed within the timescales to ensure compliance with legislation, regulation and guidance.

Job Duties:

• Manage, monitor and drive the Asbestos Risk Assessment Programme and the completion of actions.
• Manage, monitor and drive the Gas Inspection, Testing and Servicing Programme.
• Manage, monitor and drive the the Legionella Risk Assessment Programme and the completion of actions.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
