Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Wiltshire, are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team and play a crucial role in their Commercial Property Operations.
Position: Commercial Property Surveyor
Rate: £350 daily rate (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and asset management across a commercial property portfolio comprising retail, office, commercial and industrial assets.
- Manage the letting, renewal and ongoing administration of commercial leases.
- Provide property and development advice through multi-disciplinary project teams covering buildings and land, supporting the delivery of the Property Services Business Plan, Asset Management Plan and Capital Programme.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience within a Commercial Property Surveyor or equivalent.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience in estate management
- Significant experience in managing a commercial portfolio and agreements for use of property and property contract related issues
