Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Oxford, are looking for a Children's Social Workers to work within multiple teams.
Position: Social Workers - Family Solutions Plus, Children With Disabilities or Assessment
Rate: £38 - £42 p/h (Umbrella) Role Dependent.
Contract Duration: 3 monthswith Possible Extension
Essentials:
- Experienced within Children Services
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE
- Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Working with Children and young people directly, supporting through safeguarding, assessments, care proceedings, CIN and CP.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigating reports of harm or neglect and taking action to keep children safe.
• Visiting homes to evaluate a child’s living situation and overall well-being.
• Talking with children to ensure their wishes and feelings shape decisions.
• Partnering with schools, police, and healthcare staff to coordinate support

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience, within English Local Authority.
• Experience with front line childrens services
• Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
• Confident with multi-agency working
