JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Dealing the abuse, mental health issues and more
- Handle caseloads involving complex matters
- Collaborate with your team
- Keep up to date on childcare law
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 2 years + PQE
- Confident in managing care proceedings
- Proven experience undertaking court advocacy
- A client focused approach
