Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Housing Association in Cheshire, are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team and play a crucial role within their Maintenance Operation
Position: Multi Trade Operative
Rate: £20 ph Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months possible extension
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Job Duties:
- Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
- Responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs and refurbishments, estate services, gas servicing and
installation and maintenance service across the UK to both internal and external clients. - Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Multi Trade Operative or similar role
- City & Guilds qualification, NVQ 3 or relevant experience in 3 relevant trades.
