Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in Northwest England, are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role in their Digital Transformation Programme.
Position: Business Analyst
Rate: £33.67 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract: Temporary (3 Months) Possible Extension + Hybrid
Purpose:
- To support the delivery of the Digital Transformation Programme through implementation of a range of analysis and solution design activities, spanning a wide range of services.
- This role carries a broad range of responsibilities, including researching and analysing statistical data; customer journey mapping, designing and documenting work-streams and process flows; compiling trends, performance reports and analyses; developing business focussed solutions and consolidating customer insight.
- To collate information on service area requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, case studies, scenario planning, business analysis, task and work-flow analysis as required.
- To identify opportunities for improving residents’ experience through the development of customer journey maps, facilitating resident focus groups and involving residents in the redesign of services.
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Knowledge and current and emergent Business Analysis methodologies, standards and their application.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
