Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in East Midlands, are looking for an experienced Financial Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Finance Operation
Role: Brokerage Officer
Pay: £17.17 ph PAYE
Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
Location: East Midlands
Responsibilities:
- Manage the referrals received and source placements with appropriate residential and nursing homes who hold a contract with the Local Authority.
- To liaise with providers and keep and oversight of costs and wherever possible negotiate charges to be in line with banded rates.
- To keep up to date with current legislation, guidelines and best practice that applies to the role.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
- Experience working in a Brokerage Officer or similar role
