Location - Bristol (Some remote working available)

Salary - £42,839 - £46,142

Job Type - Permanent

This role is with the council's Corporate Landlord team as a Senior Building Surveyor where you'll play a key part in maintaining and improving their school buildings and educational facilities.

You will:

  • Manage building works across the council's education portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation whilst delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Carry out condition surveys.
  • Manage budgets.
  • Oversee maintenance programmes.
  • Act as a consultant to other departments.

They are looking for someone with:

  • Senior level project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building contracts, financial control and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
