This role is with the council's Corporate Landlord team as a Senior Building Surveyor where you'll play a key part in maintaining and improving their school buildings and educational facilities.
You will:
- Manage building works across the council's education portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with legislation whilst delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Carry out condition surveys.
- Manage budgets.
- Oversee maintenance programmes.
- Act as a consultant to other departments.
They are looking for someone with:
- Senior level project management experience.
