JOB DETAILS
- PAY RATE: £53,051 per annum
- WORK TYPE: Permanent
- WORK PATTERN: Full Time

JOB ROLE
Responsible for leading culture change & delivering the residential home’s objectives in line with a therapeutic approach to care for support and meet the needs of children in our care whilst leading and managing the team to achieve this
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- To be the registered manager of the home and work with OFSTED to support this.
- Lead in all aspects of recruitment and peoples management to support staff.
- Responsible for safeguarding and promoting individual rights
- Co-ordinate and monitor quality of care, casework and administrative functions of the home
and evaluate standards of performance against targets.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Driving licence required
- DBS required
- Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care
- Significant, senior level experience of managing a childrens home
