Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a Local Authority in South West England, are looking for an experienced Experienced Property Partner (Housing) to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.
Position: Property Partner (Housing)
Rate: £51,356
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Arrangement: No requirement to be in office on regular basis just as and when required (no more than 2 days per week, and sometimes weeks without needing to be on site)

Job Duties:

• Managing all the Local Authorities land and building assets with the exception of our Local Authorities Housing stock
• Line management responsibility for one or more Property Managers
• Advising on all aspects of property asset management in order to maximise property performance through rationalisation and cost reduction while facilitating / maintaining service delivery in the most cost effective manner.
• Purpose is to form a strategic link between Property and Lead Officers representing Services using the Local Authorities assets for service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Property Partner (Housing) or similar role.
• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
