Assistant Team Manager - Childrens Services

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in East London, are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to work within the Family Help team.

Position: Assistant Team Manager
Rate: £41.10 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Purpose:
Supporting a pod of Social Worker, to quality assurance their work, in line with councils policies and procedures, and childrens social care legislations.

Job Responsibilities:
– Quality Assurance of Assessments and Reports.
– Providing Supervision both caseload and personal
– Chairing meeting for CIN reviews, Core Group, PLO and More.
– Supporting Social Worker with visits.

Job Requirements:
– Must has 3 years direct experience with an English LA, plus relevant Team Manager experience within childrens services.
– Enhanced DBS – Registered to the update service (preferably)
– Registered with Social Work England
– Recognised Social Work Qualification
