Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Architectural Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role in their Architecture operations.
Position: Architectural Assistant
Rate: £18.85 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 5 Months Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage own workload with the line manager and mentor, maintaining resource plans, completing project-focused timesheets and using standard filing systems for drawings and correspondence.
- Provide design input to schemes ranging from smaller works to major projects, either as lead discipline where appropriate or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide professional services in line with the RIBA Plan of Work from conception to completion for a range of clients.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Degree in Architecture with RIBA Part 1 exemption, progressively working towards RIBA Part 2 qualification.
- Previous experience working in an Architectural Assistant role or similar.
