Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting various HR functions. This role also assists with onboarding initiatives, maintaining employee records, performing administrative duties, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in interviews with potential candidates.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes as required.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations across all HR operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Min 3-5 years experience in recruitment is preferred.
- Familiar with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and relevant employment regulations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn HR information systems.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
