About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk/Admin Assistant to join a small but fast-paced team. You will manage essential financial processes, including purchase ledger duties, while also handling general administrative responsibilities., * Processing and managing purchase invoices.

  • Reconciling supplier statements.

  • Managing payment runs and resolving invoice queries.

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

  • Providing general administrative support (filing, data entry, responding to emails).

  • Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required.

  • Prior experience in a purchase ledger or finance role.

  • Experience with Xero (desirable).

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team., * Purchase Ledger Clerk: 2 years (preferred)

  • Accounts Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
