About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk/Admin Assistant to join a small but fast-paced team. You will manage essential financial processes, including purchase ledger duties, while also handling general administrative responsibilities., * Processing and managing purchase invoices.

Reconciling supplier statements.

Managing payment runs and resolving invoice queries.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Providing general administrative support (filing, data entry, responding to emails).

Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required.

Prior experience in a purchase ledger or finance role.

Experience with Xero (desirable).

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
