L'agence d'emploi (CDI, intérim et formation) Temporis Bayeux recherche pour un de ses clients un(e) cuisinier(e) de collectivité.

Vos missions :

  • Effectuer en autonomie la remise en température et le service des entrées, plats et desserts dans le respect des menus préalablement établis.
  • Effectuer les repas mixés et la vaisselle.
  • Effectuer le nettoyage des locaux.
  • Effectuer l'ensemble des tâches prévues dans le plan de maîtrise sanitaire.

Capacités requises :

  • Se conformer à des opérations méthodiques et à des consignes.
  • Appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Posséder le sens du travail en équipe.
  • Travailler dans le respect des personnes accueillies.
  • Faire preuve de rigueur, de discrétion et respecter la confidentialité des informations relatives aux adultes accueillis.
  • Inscrire son action dans la dynamique d'amélioration continue de la qualité de l'établissement.

Contexte de l'emploi :

  • Poste en coupure de 7h30 à 12h30 et de 17h30 à 19h30.
