Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Derbyshire firm who are looking for a senior residential conveyancer to join them and become a key driving force in their office.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- An ability to comfortably and efficiently handle a residential conveyancing caseload that consists of sales and purchases, deeds of easement and variation, auction sales, sale and purchase of leasehold and new build purchases.
- Comfortable interacting with clients in face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to build long-lasting and productive relationships with local estate agents.
This firm are looking for a driven, personable and level-headed individual with either a proven track record of handling high-volume caseloads and working closely with local estate agents, or someone who can demonstrate that they are ready to make that step up.
