Temporis Legal Recruitment are currently working with a North London based firm who are seeking a paralegal to join their private client team. The successful candidate should be familiar with:
- Drafting initial letters pertaining to probate matters
- Chasing Probate Registry and HMRC
- Updating Information Schedule
- Drafting Wills
- Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
