Temporis Recruitment is excited to be working with a well-established private practice in the Midlands who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of employment matters, acting for both employers and employees. You will manage your own caseload and have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Handling disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and performance issues
• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
• Providing practical, commercial guidance to a varied client base

The client is looking for someone at least 3 Years PQE however all applications will be considered.
