The successful candidate will carry out the following duties:
- Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate administration.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Managing a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
- Liaising with third parties such as financial institutions, tax authorities, and other solicitors as necessary.
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client work and implement best practices within the firm.
- Providing guidance on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning.
