The firm are looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their firm and play a key role in the further development of their department.
Applicants should be familiar with:
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of Trusts
- Administration of Estates
- Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
- Tax and estate planning
Key skills and experience:
- Qualified solicitor with 4 years' experience in dealing with private client matters
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- An established track record of meeting financial targets
- Experience of mentoring and developing junior colleagues
