Temporis Legal Recruitment are pleased to be working with a highly regarded firm who are looking for a new addition to their busy residential conveyancing team. This firm will consider both part and full time applications.
Applicants should be comfortable handling a caseload consisting of:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and leases
- Joint venture agreements
- Preparation of standard information packs on re-sales
- SDLT and applicable reliefs
- Drafting and negotiating releases and variation of restrictive covenants
- General sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property
Skills that the applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Able to provide efficient and professional service to clients
- Demonstrate integrity and sound judgement in all decision making
- Willingness to engage in marketing drives when necessary
