About Us
We are working with a new and ambitious residential conveyancing practice based in Sheffield, built with a clear purpose: to do conveyancing differently. As a start-up firm, they are moving away from outdated processes and developing their own technology-led systems to deliver a more efficient, transparent and client-focused service. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the very beginning of the journey and play a key role in shaping how the business grows.
The Role
We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will also provide support and cover for the Owner of the Practice, making this a varied and influential role within the firm. You will have real input into how files are managed, how systems are developed, and how the firm evolves—this is not a “business as usual” conveyancing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters end to end
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing support and cover for the Director as required
- Contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes and technology
- Delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service
- Working collaboratively as part of a growing start‑up team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience handling residential conveyancing files independently from start to finish
- Comfortable working in a start‑up environment with change and innovation
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to help shape a growing business
- Interested in technology and improving how conveyancing is delivered
- Strong communication and organisational skills
