Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Oxfordshire based firm who are looking for a senior property solicitor to join their property team. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking for a Partner role a little further down the line.

Candidate must be:

  • Capable of handling a busy caseload of property matters, including:
    • Sales and purchases, both commercial and domestic property
    • Commercial leases
    • Landlord and tenant
    • Licensing
    • Tenancy agreements
    • Mortgages and re-mortgages
    • Shared ownership
    • Transfer of equity
    • Right to buy
    • Declarations of trust

Happy to work in the office on a full time basis.

The firm can offer:

  • 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays
  • 3% - 5% pension
