About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm based in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, client-focused conveyancing professional to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds and shared ownership transactions
- Providing exceptional client care and maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Contributing to the efficiency and success of the conveyancing team
