Temporis Legal Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic central London based firm looking for a new addition to their highly regarded property team. The successful candidate should be between 4 and 6 years PQE and be comfortable handling a caseload consisting of:
- Site acquisition and disposal
- Investment
- Development
- Landlord and tenant
- Plot sales
- Estate management
- Property finance
The above caseload will cover both commercial and residential sectors. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate:
- An excellent academic and career record
- Good business sense and commercial awareness
- Willing to take on leadership roles in transactional work
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team and being able to delegate to junior members of that team when necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Networking skills and willingness to engage in marketing initiatives
- Ambitious and eager to share responsibilities for the organisation and development of the department
