About the Role: I am working with a London based firm looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team. The candidate will play a key role in managing a wide range of property cases & ensuring execution of transactions. This role will be hands on & office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative and legal support to partners and fee earners across the property department.
- Assist in post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions.
