Candidate must be:
- Capable of handling a busy caseload of property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases, both commercial and domestic property
- Commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant
- Licensing
- Tenancy agreements
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Shared ownership
- Transfer of equity
- Right to buy
- Declarations of trust
Happy to work in the office on a full time basis.
