This excellent firm are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their busy and growing department.
About the role:
- Assisting and advising clients on a wide variety of matters, including:
- Contentious probate
- Debt claims
- Contract claims
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Property disputes
- Shareholder disputes
About the day to day:
- Interviewing clients to take instructions
- Advising clients and discussing plans and progress
- Keeping clients fully informed about their matter
- Ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and thoroughly
- Dealing with client queries quickly and efficiently
- Complying with quality standards and with department procedures
- Supporting growth by being actively involved in business development
About the candidate:
- MUST be qualified with 3+ years PQE
- Comfortable working as part of a large, collaborative team
