Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and long established East London firm who are looking for a private client solicitor to join them on a full time basis The successful candidate will carry out the following duties: Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate administration Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes Managing a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care Liaising with third parties such as financial institutions, tax authorities, and other solicitors as necessary Keeping abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client work and implement best practices within the firm Providing guidance on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning The successful candidate should have the following skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions and documentation Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously A proactive approach to problem solving, with the capability to think critically under pressure Empathy and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds A solid understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in private client law
