  • Varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation files including employment
  • Matters include:
    • Company commercial director/shareholder disputes
    • Business partnership disputes
    • Breach of contract
    • Property claims
    • ToLATA
    • Boundary/neighbour disputes
    • Private nuisance, harassment and defamation
    • Contested probate
    • Professional negligence
    • Debt recovery
    • Possession and insolvency claims
  • 5 Days per week preferable although part time considered
  • Immediate start
  • 3-4 months whilst recruit permanently
