About the Role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, client-focused conveyancing professional to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative team, the role will have support and is office based.

Key Responsibilities

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

\\n\\t

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds and shared ownership transactions

\\n\\t

• Providing exceptional client care and maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors

\\n\\t

• Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements

\\n\\t

• Contributing to the efficiency and success of the conveyancing team
