Caseload details:

  • Mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigated matters
  • Commercial disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Professional negligence

Person specification:

  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • 0 - 5 years PQE
  • Highly motivated and self-driven professional
  • Able to engage directly with clients, take instructions and offer advice
  • Able to prepare and deal with cases from inception to conclusion, taking full responsibility for matters
  • Familiar with current rules regarding professional conduct of solicitors or legal executives
  • Willing to assist senior members of the team when required
