Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a lovely Hertfordshire based firm who are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to their private client department.
The firm are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
- Ability to confidently and competently handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, tax advice, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Provide strategic direction to the department, ensuring growth and business development.
- Maintain the firm's profile through business development, networking and marketing activities.
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills.
Our client is looking for someone with 5+ PQE and strong technical expertise in wills, trusts and estate planning is a must. STEP qualification, or currently working towards STEP membership is desirable, but not essential.
The firm have an onsite gym, and joining them would provide membership to the gym. There is also a charming on site cafe and restaurant with staff discount. In addition to these perks, this is a fantastic opportunity for career progression, with our client actively looking for someone with that drive to eventually take on a leadership role.
